The 13th IPARD II Monitoring Committee preparatory meeting was held on June 15, 2022, at the Grand Ankara Hotel under the chairmanship of Mr. Dr. Osman YILDIZ, Deputy General Director for Agricultural Reform and Head of the IPARD Managing Authority.
The meeting was attended by EU Commission representatives Mr. Frank Bollen, Mr. Marius Lazdinis and Mr. Krzysztof Sulima, Mr. Dr. Muhammed Adak, Head of the Agriculture and Rural Development Support Institution, Ms. Leyla Alma from the EU Delegation to Turkey, Representatives from Agriculture and Rural Development Support Institution, National Authorization Officer from the Ministry of Treasury and Finance and from the Directorate of EU Affairs.
At the meeting, Mr. Dr. Osman YILDIZ, the Head of the IPARD Managing Authority informed the participants about the efforts done within the scope of IPARD III preparations. In addition, briefings were held by Managing Authority experts on Technical Support Applications and activities to be carried out within the scope of the 2022 Action Plan, National Rural Network Applications, Agri-Environment measure, LEADER Approach, Consultancy Services Preparations and Publicity Activities implementations.
After receiving the opinions and suggestions of the European Commission and Delegation representatives on the Program, the meeting adjourned in order to meet again at the 13th IPARD II Monitoring Committee Official meeting with broad participation to be held on 16 June 2022.
