“IPARD III Information Meeting” was held on 3 May 2023 in Ankara by the General Directorate of Agricultural Reform, IPARD Managing Authority. H.E. Prof. Dr. Vahit KİRİŞCİ, Minister of Agriculture and Forestry, attended the meeting with high level participation from many public institutions, universities and non-governmental organizations. Within the scope of the meeting, the success of the IPARD II Programme in our country and the IPARD III Program, which will start in the second half of 2023 and which was prepared by benefiting from the 11 years of experience provided by the 1st and 2nd Programmes, were introduced.
At the meeting, H.E. Mr. Prof. Dr. Vahit KİRİŞCİ emphasized the successful implementation of the IPARD Programme and thanked the Managing Authority and ARDSI staff, IPARD beneficiaries and Local Action Groups working to increase the welfare and happiness levels of rural residents in Turkiye's centennial year. At the end of his speech, Mr. KİRİŞCİ stated that the studies are continuing rapidly at the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry for the implementation of the IPARD Program in 81 provinces.
After the speeches, the IPARD beneficiaries were congratulated and awarded a plaque by Mr. KİRİŞÇİ, Dr. Nihat PAKDİL, Deputy Minister of Agriculture and Forestry, Mr. Burhan DEMİROK, General Manager of Agricultural Reform, Mr. Dr. Osman YILDIZ, Head of the Managing Authority and Mr. Serkan DOĞAN, ARDSI President. The meeting ended after a family photo was taken with IPARD stakeholders.
