Within the context of the Instrument for Pre-Accession Assistance-Rural Development (IPARD) of the European Union, Information and Publicity Program of IPARD II was held for the experts of Development Agencies in the Ministry of Development/Ankara on 06 February 2018.
The Programme continued for one day; during the program 13 presentations were delivered by the IPARD Managing Authority and ARDSI experts. Managing Authority experts made presentations concerning sectors within the IPARD II programs, procedures and methodologies of monitoring, evaluation, reporting and agri-environment measure, LEADER approach and national rural network proceeding. ARDSI experts made presentations concerning IPARD application package preparation, technical project preparation, business plan preparation and collecting offers.
