Funded by the European Union and the Republic of Turkey, The “Capacity Building for Measure Advisory Services of the IPARD II Programme in Turkey” project is carried out by Department of Managing Authority for EU Structural Adjustment, General Directorate of Agricultural Reform, Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry, the second module training with the participation of the staff of Ministry, the Chamber of Agriculture and NGOs was held as 4 sessions for 5 days in Ankara on 02nd – 27th 2019 within the context of the Project.

The aim of the Project is contribute to the improvement of the advisory capacity of the public sector and NGOs that shall give advisory service and free project preparation for low-income farmers and producers to apply for the IPARD II Program. Haluk ÇAĞLAR, Head of the Department of Managing Authority for EU Structural Adjustment, has made an opening statement in the second module meeting, then, a presentation IPARD II Programme, preparation of business plan, rules of proposal, preparation of application package, technical project and payment claim and simulation performed were delivered.

480 participants from 42 IPARD provinces were trained. Following the second module training, certificate of participation were given to participants.
