Monitoring Committee


“The Rural Development Program Monitoring Committee was set up to monitor the effectiveness and quality of implementation of the IPARD Programme. The committee meets at least twice a year with the participation of relevant organizations. The objective is to examine whether the IPARD Programme has achieved the specified objectives and progress in implementation.

Monitoring Committee continues its activities under the "REGULATION ON WORKING PROCEDURES AND PRINCIPLES OF THE RURAL DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM MONITORING COMMITTEE" published in the Official Gazette dated September 01, 2009 and numbered 27336, updated with the number 29635 dated February 25, 2016.

The Monitoring Committee is established to include public and private institutions, non-governmental organizations and Secretariat of the Committee is carried out by the Managing Authority of the IPARD Programme”.
