During his visit to Kastamonu, Deputy Minister Mr. İbrahim Yumaklı met with Serdar Kaptan, the President of Cide Local Action Group Association which is supported within the scope of the IPARD Program LEADER Measure. Mr. Yumaklı was briefed on the LEADER Measure and the progress of the Local Action Group Associations during the Pınarbaşı Terminal Opening Ceremony and Festival Program, and the Şenpazar Kızılcasu Nature Camp Site visits.
