The Financial Framework Partnership Agreement, which constitutes the legal infrastructure of the supports benefited by our country within the scope of the Third Period of the Pre-Accession Assistance Instrument covering the years 2021-2027 (IPA III), entered into force on December 14, 2022.
The EU funds allocated to develop the capacity for compliance and implementation of the EU acquis in our country and create the capacities for economic and social cohesion are being used by our related organizations within the scope of five components; the components are in the fields of Transition Period Support and Institutional Structuring, Cross-Border Cooperation, Regional Development, Human Resources Development and Rural Development (IPARD). In this context, with the signing of the Financial Framework Association Agreement, our country will continue to benefit from EU funds between 2021-2027.
