In the training program, which was also attended by Dr. Osman Yıldız, Chairman of the IPARD Managing Authority and our Deputy General Manager, information on PRAG rules was given by experts in the field through legislation and examples.

Management of Technical Support Projects within the scope of PRAG, tender planning, pre-tender, tender process, tender result, contract implementation, contract finalization, risk management within the framework of PRAG, monitoring and evaluation, financial management, communication with stakeholder management, the rules of promotion and visibility.
As is known, the General Directorate of Agricultural Reform, which is the beneficiary of the IPARD Programme under the ‘Technical Support’ measure and acts as the Managing Authority of the Programme, has been conducting the tender process in accordance with the rules of PRAG (Application Guide for Contractual Procedures in EU External Actions) in accordance with the EU Acquis and has been delegated the authority to spend grants granted by the EU Commission.
