Training on the "Technical Assistance for Strengthening the Monitoring, Evaluation, Reporting and Programming Capacity of the Managing Authority Personnel" organized by the Department of Managing Authority for EU Structural Adjustment started on 17 January 2022.
Since the monitoring and evaluation process of the IPARD Programme is important in terms of directing the investments made, it is aimed to increase the effectiveness of the IPARD Programme and strengthen the programming capacity of the Managing Authority personnel in line with the experiences gained in this training. The strategy, quality, efficiency, effectiveness and consistency of IPARD Programme implementations will be increased with the contribution of this training.
The training, carried out in order to strengthen the capacities of experts working in the said fields, which are one of the most important stages of the project cycle, and where certificates will be given to the participants, will continue until January 21, 2022.
